Currently serving as the Chief Marketing Officer at Aya Data and the Founder of GradePoint AI, she has built a formidable career spanning over 25 years across Ghana and North America.

A doctoral graduate from the Nobel International Business School (NiBS), Dr. Hammah’s work famously focuses on the "human-centric" side of business—specifically how to balance profit objectives with employee well-being. Today, she is widely recognized as one of Africa’s leading voices in Artificial Intelligence (AI) Literacy, helping businesses and professionals transition into the digital future with confidence rather than fear.
